Our Pop-Ups bring women together in Ottawa for evenings and afternoons that combine a social outing, a chance to make connections, and the pleasure of learning something new.

Each gathering centres on a creative, hands-on experience—from art and voice to movement and improv. You might practise speaking with more confidence, discover a different perspective, or try something you never thought you would. There’s time to chat, share a laugh, and get to know the women around you.

The Iron Network works closely with existing community organizations that support vulnerable women, helping to enhance and strengthen the important work they’re already doing.

Our Pop-Ups welcome all women, including trans women, and non-binary people, across generations, backgrounds, and stages of life.

We create warm, relaxed spaces where you can ask questions, try things out, and feel comfortable being yourself. You don’t need experience in the activity—or someone to come with. We’ll help you feel welcome.
