Our Mission

The pandemic has reshaped how we work and connect, creating profound challenges for young professional women navigating today’s remote and hybrid work environments. Without the informal mentorship and organic learning that naturally occurs from simply being in the room—observing leaders, asking quick questions, or absorbing workplace dynamics—many women now face a gap in their professional development.

Our mission at The Iron Network is to bridge this gap by curating spaces where women can reconnect, share experiences, and build meaningful relationships that empower them to learn, lead, and thrive in this new reality.

Our Story

“In the early days of my career, I quickly realized that the most valuable lessons didn’t come from formal training—they came from being in the room with remarkable women leaders. Watching trailblazers lead with strength and confidence taught me more than any textbook ever could. Every conversation, every shared moment, was an opportunity to learn, grow, and see what leadership truly looks like.

But today’s post-pandemic world has changed the way we work. Remote and hybrid environments have made those spontaneous, career-defining moments harder to come by. I worry that the next generation of young professional women is missing out on the kind of connection and mentorship that shaped my career.

That’s why I founded The Iron Network in 2022—to recreate those “in the room” experiences. What began as a space for women in public service has grown into a vibrant community that spans industries. It’s a place where young professionals and seasoned leaders come together to share knowledge, build networks, and support one another.

At The Iron Network, my goal is simple: to create welcoming spaces where women can learn, grow, and leave feeling empowered and ready to take on whatever’s next. Because with the right connections and insights, there’s no limit to what women can achieve—personally and professionally.”
